omness delivers to Australia, New Zealand & USA at a flat rate only.


if you're outside of these countries direct message us and we can arrange an alternate shipping rate for you!

:: Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Your phone number is also required for all deliveries. You will receive an email from us once your sarong is dispatched with tracking information.

:: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Processing typically takes a day, and upon completion of processing your order will be shipped. You cannot change your delivery address once your order has been processed.  

:: Once orders are dispatched, it can take up to 3 days to arrive for all USA orders and orders sent within Australia and New Zealand can take up to a week. Unfortunately we do not deliver internationally at the moment. BUT if you do wish to order outside these countries please email us directly and we can process you a rate.

:: Deliveries are sent during normal business hours. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed and sent on the next business day.

AUSTRALIA: Traceable, Australia Post (delivery: 3-7 business days)

NEW ZEALAND: Australia Post (delivery: 3-7 business days), unfortunately not traceable. 

USA: Traceable, USPS Express(delivery: 1-3 business days) 

:: If you refuse a shipment you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to omness. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. 

:: We try our very best to have your items delivered within the specified windows. However we are not responsible for any delay caused by Australia Post and USPS.

:: We accept no responsibilities for any delays caused from insufficient delivery information. 

:: If you're not home when your product is delivered you will be able to pick it up from your nearest Post Office.

returns & exchanges

sorry we do not accept returns or exchanges if you have a change of mind.


:: In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty sarong, we will issue you with an RA number and ask you to return the item for us to assess. We will choose to replace the item and ship it to you at our cost (subject to availability), have the garment repaired at our cost, or we will issue a full credit or refund. Refunds will be returned to the same account used when purchased.
